DwellSpace is a service of KeenDigital, a software company focused on one thing: making tools for small and mid-size businesses that are easy to use and cost-effective. We don't own parks. We don't run campgrounds. What we do is build software carefully, and work closely with the operators who use it.
The parks and properties market was an obvious place to start. Operators we spoke with told us the same story over and over: their current software was expensive, hard to learn, locked them into long contracts, and nickel-and-dimed them on booking fees and add-ons. Staff hated it. Owners paid for features they never used. When someone wanted to leave, it took months and a lawyer.
Those three things became the whole brief. $3 per site, flat. No booking fees. No contracts. A product your front desk can learn in an afternoon, and an owner view that tells you what you need to know without a consultant. That's DwellSpace.

Every customer gets a named contact. Migrations are run by engineers, not salespeople. If something breaks, a human replies — usually within the hour.
